The steamer s heating system cooks hot dogs in less than 20 minutes and then holds them at NSF safe temperatures for serving customers. A divided steaming pan gives you complete control over steam levels keeping your buns warm and fresh while your hot dogs cook to perfection. The APW Wyott DS 1AP Mr. Frank hot dog steamer boasts a clear front door for self service. It also has a rear door for easy loading serving and cleaning as well as a back drain to quickly remove excess water.
